COVID - Impacts to Shipping
COVID-19 has negatively impacted freight times both domestically and internationally. Shipping times for international orders are currently experiencing delays of up to two weeks. Domestically, reduced air freight carriers and an increase in parcel volumes is taking longer than normal. We are posting items same or next day but the delivery times taken to receive your order are going to be longer than usual caused by this pandemic.
Pack Light is currently offering FREE SHIPPING for Australian orders over $77. Orders under these amounts to these countries are charged a shipping rate of $9.95. We also ship to Japan, Canada, UK and the USA. Freight charges and approximate shipping charges are shown when you enter your shipping address and item you wish to purchase into the shopping cart.
Depending on your delivery location, goods are shipped via Australia Post regular or Express Post service with tracking or via Courier service. Goods are generally shipped the next business day (Monday to Friday) after receipt of your order. Orders received before 10 am are usually shipped that same day.

Need it Faster?
If you require your order in a quicker timeframe, we can send your order via Australia Post Express Post. Orders under 500 grams have an option for express shipping at the checkout. Care and Handling
Items are carefully packed to protect the items for the journey to you. Items are checked prior to packing to ensure that each item is dispatched in perfect condition.
Authority to leave without signature
If you provide authority to leave your order at the delivery address without signing for it, Pack Light cannot be held responsible for your order once it has been delivered. In the case that your order goes missing no claims can be made against Pack Light so please use this option at your own risk.
Pack Light ships goods to Canada, USA and Japan using Australia Post as our shipping provider. Costs for shipping are calculated and shown in the checkout for your order once you place your delivery address into the checkout. Shipping times may take longer than estimated due to customs regulations and inspections.
Customs, Taxes and Importing
Due to international postal regulations Pack Light will declare the order as ‘goods’ and declare the exact value. Pack Light will not alter the declaration forms as ‘gifts’ as this is against the law. Recipients should be aware that orders shipped to addresses outside of Australia may be subject import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Pack Light takes no responsibility for any charges associated with customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend you check with your local customs office for further information.
